Fit Tip

Follow Gunnar Peterson's advice and mix up your exercise routine this month.  Once a week, insert the following series into your workout plan:

(Round 1/Round 2/Round 3)
  • Jump Rope (100/125/150 skips)
  • Run for 1 minute (speed 6/6.5/7on treadmill)
  • Lateral Hop (20/40/50 reps)
  • Mountain Climber (50/60/70 reps)
  • Tuck Jump (10/15/20 reps)
  • Body-weight Squat (20/25/30 reps)
