10:00-11:00.Move it (moderate pace).
11:00-13:00Recover (easy pace).
13:00-14:00Do 10 squat jumps and 10 push-ups.
14:00-15:00Move it.
15:00-17:00Recover.
17:00-18:00Do 10 jumping jacks and 10 crunches.
18:00-19:00Move it.
19:00-21:00Recover.
21:00-22:00Do 10 squat jumps and 10 push-ups.
